Terms of Service
Last updated August 30, 2026
These terms govern your use of Loothouse, operated by Djali et fils LLC, a limited liability company registered in Wyoming, United States (“Loothouse”, “we”, “us”). By buying from us you agree to them.
What we sell
We sell prepaid digital codes and gift cards — a code string you redeem yourself on the relevant publisher’s official platform. We do not sell account services. We never ask for, need, or accept your game account login, and we never perform in-game transfers on your behalf. Any communication claiming to be Loothouse and requesting your account credentials is fraudulent.
Independent reseller
Loothouse is an independent reseller. We are not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or partnered with Roblox, Epic Games, Sony, Valve, Microsoft, Nintendo, or any other publisher. Product names and denominations are used descriptively to identify what a code redeems for. All trademarks belong to their respective owners.
Delivery
Codes are delivered digitally to your account order page and by email after your payment is confirmed on-chain. Delivery is typically within 60 seconds of confirmation. Codes are drawn from finite inventory; if a code is unavailable after payment, our refund policy applies.
Codes are non-transferable
Once delivered, a code is yours to redeem. Codes are single-use and non-transferable. You are responsible for redeeming a code on an account of the correct region. A region-mismatched code that you were warned about on the product page is not eligible for a refund once revealed.
Prohibited use
- Reselling or redistributing codes purchased from us as a business without written agreement.
- Fraudulent payments, chargebacks on a settled crypto payment, or use of funds you are not entitled to.
- Using the site to launder funds or in violation of US sanctions law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We are not liable for a code’s failure to redeem due to account region, account status, or publisher action outside our control, though we will help you resolve a genuinely defective code.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
